When you use the Oralplant Store, Oralplant Suisse SA (hereinafter "Oralplant") will collect and process your personal data. Oralplant is the data controller and responsible for filing all data provided during the use of the Oralplant Store.

In order to process your orders, Oralplant uses the services of its associated companies which are also involved in the production of the items requested.

This privacy policy is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Use and Oralplant reserves the right to update this statement without notice.

COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF DATA

Oralplant will collect a variety of data.

When you register to use the website, we will collect and process information including your first name, surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number, and other data relative to your purchases, hereinafter "Registration Data".

Each time you log in to the website we will collect and process what are known as protocol data, i.e. the Internet protocol address (IP address), the type of browser and operating system, and information about the pages you visit, with the date and time. All these data are stored on the server and contained in the log files.

The information you provide when placing an order, hereinafter "Third Party Data", will be processed in your name. You authorise us to use such data even though we are not responsible for the collection thereof.

PURPOSES OF DATA COLLECTION

We will collect the aforesaid data for the purpose of managing the Store in order to identify, produce and deliver the products requested, to issue invoices and for any other purpose in connection with the management of the contractual relationship and market analysis.

By registering you authorise Oralplant to use the data you provide for the purposes stated above.

SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA

In order to process your orders, we may need to share your data with our associated companies. By registering and placing orders through the website, you authorise us to share your Registration Data and Third Party Data with them. With specific reference to the latter, you warrant that said Third Party Data submitted by you were collected and processed in accordance with the applicable law and that you have obtained the necessary authorisations from each Third Party to submit their data to us and to our associated companies.

Oralplant reserves the right to share your personal data when required to do so by law or in connection with civil or criminal proceedings, or at the request of government authorities to enable enforcement of the law.

REQUESTS TO HAVE DATA CORRECTED OR DELETED

Requests for data collected and stored by Oralplant to be corrected or deleted must be addressed to info@oralplant.ch. Such requests will be treated as confidential and dealt with as quickly as possible.

Oralplant will comply with requests to delete data, but only when such deletion is not against the law governing the collection and storage of data and, in any case, subject to fulfilment of all obligations whether or not related to the contract, concerning a specific order.

As regards Third Party Data, requests for information, correction or deletion are made under your responsibility. Therefore, if such requests are made by third parties they will be fulfilled as instructed by you and on condition that such deletion does not contravene any provision of the law.

DISCLOSURE AND SECURITY OF DATA

Oralplant adopts all the necessary precautions to prevent the loss of data and does not permit unauthorised access or allow any data processing procedures that have not been expressly authorised.

We keenly advise you not to share your password and to log out of your profile when you have finished shopping on the Oralplant Store.
